Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior firmware engineering lead to architect and implement bare-metal C firmware on RISC-V management cores for AI/HPC networking silicon. You will define interfaces with ASIC/RTL teams, mentor engineers, and ensure robust health monitoring and bring-up processes.

You will drive standards, oversee tests using QEMU, and integrate AI tools into debugging workflows, enabling a cutting-edge, remote-ready team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and implementing bare-metal C firmware on RISC-V management cores for AI/HPC networking silicon.
• Ability to define and maintain firmware interfaces with ASIC/RTL teams using SystemRDL and code generation tools.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and leading design reviews.
