Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design of electron optics modules and sub-systems of e-beam inspection tools, from concept to final release for high-volume manufacturing.
  2. Develop design documents at system and module levels, demonstrating design specifications, principles, details, and interfaces according to ASML's design process.
  3. Perform simulations and calculations necessary for electron optics module design, including thermal, vacuum, high voltage, dynamics, and mechanical FEM analysis.
  4. Lead design reviews, error budget development, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Conduct experiments, verification, and validation processes. Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
  5. Collaborate with vendors and consultants for component development, analysis, fabrication, and troubleshooting during manufacturing.
  6. Participate in integration and testing of electron optic systems/subsystems, troubleshooting, and verifying design quality.
  7. Transfer designs to manufacturing by providing technical documentation and supporting the manufacturing team during the transition to mass production.
  8. Engage in new technology research and development, exploring innovative concepts for future electron optic modules.
Additional Information

The current base annual salary range is $174,375 - $290,625. Salary is determined based on role, level, location, and market data, along with individual skills, education, experience, certifications, and performance.
