Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on electro-mechanical hardware development.
- Proven experience in hardware development programs from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware development lifecycle from concept through production.
- Define system architecture, hardware requirements, interface specifications, and design strategies.
- Design, analyze, and validate power electronics and analog/digital circuits.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, firmware teams, and suppliers.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead engineering design reviews.
