Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an experienced Electrical Test Engineer for the AVE OBTE integration team in Roy, UT, with travel to other hubs as needed. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a strong background in hardware/software test methods, planning, and data analysis.

The candidate will contribute to system verification, interface with software and systems engineers, and support end-to-end test activities from concept through disposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience; or Master’s with 0 years.
• Principal Electrical Engineer: B.S. in STEM with 5+ years or M.S. with 3 years; PhD with 1 year.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at time of application with ability to maintain Special Access.
• Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time.
• Software and/or Hardware testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Prepare detailed test reports and support formal verification of the system.
• Test planning, execution, reporting, and integration support.
• Product integration, regression, and verification testing across baselines.
