Job summary

WTS Energy seeks an experienced Scheduler Manager for a major civil infrastructure program in Norfolk, Virginia. You will own project schedules, develop cost- and resource-loaded CPMs, and coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and engineering teams to drive progress.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in heavy civil engineering and 5+ years in PM, with strong Primavera P6 expertise, CPM scheduling, and Excel analytics. Field and office work is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in Heavy Civil construction.
• 5+ years of experience in Heavy Civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, critical path, resource loading and forecasting.
• Experience with claims, delay analysis and schedule impact analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
