The ideal candidate will have an M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in electronic systems and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $114,000 - $212,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with M.S. or 7+ years with B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with thermal detectors and optical detection systems.
• Skilled in developing and testing system integration & DVT plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team for design and testing of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop, document, and execute design verification plans.
• Ensure product design meets compliance with industry standards.

Skills

M.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years or B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years

Experience designing electronics for optoelectronic instruments

Understanding of vacuum system infrastructure

Skilled with the design and test of complex hardware/embedded software systems

Strong technical communication skills

Experience with Failure Analysis (FMEA)
