Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to join an industry-leading tech company in Andover, MA. This onsite, full-time role focuses on advanced instrumentation and sensing solutions for semiconductor, medical device, and industrial markets.

You will lead complex electronics development, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive products from concept through manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in electrical engineering, deep analog expertise,

Qualifications

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the field.
Deep expertise in low-noise analog electronics and precision sensor design.
Strong experience with embedded microprocessors and embedded systems.
Strong understanding of instrumentation and measurement systems.
Experience leading electronics development for complex multidisciplinary products.
Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and product development activities.
Strong understanding of BOM management, ECO processes, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

Hands-on engineering execution across analog, sensor, embedded, and validation activities.
Lead electronics development for multidisciplinary products and drive the program forward.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shepherd product from concept to manufacturing.
