What You Will Do :
We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer- Antenna Test and Verification specializing in RF/Microwave and Antenna / Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Integration and Testing. The candidate must be comfortable working with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom test equipment to test hardware. Responsibilities will require leading a team of test engineers to validate Antenna (AESA) hardware. Tasks will include specification development, trade studies, hardware integration, and test and validation. This opportunity is for a versatile Antenna test engineer possessing a blend of theoretical analysis, practical application, and hands‑on integration abilities. The ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and RF related issues down to the antenna subsystem component level is desired. The ability to independently solve problems as well as work with the system/subsystem team is required. The candidate should be willing to work with leadership to identify antenna range upgrades and repairs. Additional responsibilities will include providing technical, schedule, and cost inputs to management.
Domestic travel is required.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
