Key responsibilities include performing design analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing of circulators, radiators, Transmit/Receive (T/R) Modules, and RF/microwave subassemblies used in phased array antenna systems, including Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs).

This position requires strong experience in microwave measurement and verification techniques, as well as proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools and microwave test equipment.

The Senior RF/Microwave Antenna Engineer should have demonstrated design experience with both printed circuit board materials and ceramic substrate technologies.

The role also requires the ability to deliver clear, technically sound presentations to peers, program leadership, and customers, in addition to supporting program management in new business development activities.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Design experience with (1) or more of the following: phased array antennas/AESAs, modules, radiators, beam formers, power splitters, feed networks, couplers, filters, circulators, and RF assemblies.
  • Experience with Keysight ADS or MATLAB Simulink.
  • Experience with RF modeling tools such as CST or Ansys HFSS.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within one year of start date.
Qualifications We Prefer:
