Maintain a current NAPD architecture landscape across all transformation programs, ensuring estate-wide visibility into the end-to-end technology portfolio.
Surface duplication and rationalization opportunities at the portfolio level before build, enabling proactive investment decisions and reducing redundancy across programs.
