Eaton’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team is seeking a Principal Digital Employee Experience Solutions Architect to join our team. This position can be based at any Eaton US facility or remotely within the US.
The Principal DEX Architect will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and architectural designs for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team’s main services with a focus on emerging technologies such as Generative and Agentic AI. This role involves functionally leading a small team of technical architects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and engaging senior leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are in alignment with industry standard architectural principles while focusing on delivering business outcomes.
The ideal DEX Solutions Architect candidate has a track record of leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to help define an overall strategic technology roadmap to address the nuances of a large, complex enterprise organization.
In this role, you will be expected to assess the current landscape and drive continuous improvements and technology optimizations to deliver a frictionless experience for Eaton’s workforce.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
