Progress Software is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join the enablement team in Burlington, MA. This hybrid role focuses on designing and scaling CI/CD platforms, driving modern DevOps practices, and ensuring secure software delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of DevOps experience, deep expertise in CI/CD tools, and strong knowledge of cloud platforms. We offer a competitive salary range of $163,850 - $185,000, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and build systems.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevOps platform strategy across CI/CD.
• Architect scalable and resilient pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD systems.
