Powered by two trusted global brands — Shark and Ninja — we have a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market. Developing one consumer product after another has let us enter multiple categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, our products are sold at key retailers online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

User Experience Design at SharkNinja

We work hard to give our consumers high quality, innovative, and delightful products. We're passionate about user experience, and we're looking for creative designers who think outside the box, embrace the latest technology, advocate for our customers, and push the boundary of what's possible. Join us on our journey to shape the future of SharkNinja product experiences.

The Role

What You'll Do

Lead the UX design and development of new hardware products and experiences.

Drive product experiences that combine ease of use, high-quality design craft, and moments of delight — delivering the absolute best value for the consumer at the price point.

Collaborate across the org, partnering closely with UX, Industrial Design, CMF, Product Development, Project Management, AD, and Consumer Insights.

Own deliverables end to end, from concept exploration to detailed specs across hardware and software.
