Atria Health seeks a highly experienced Principal Designer to strategize and build internal tools enhancing care delivery and clinical experience. As a senior contributor, you will shape design direction, set high craft standards, and lead the evolution of our design systems across mobile, web, and in-person interactions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to translate complex health data into emotionally engaging and operationally effective

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience with ownership of strategy for complex digital experiences.
• Proven track record delivering design that drives business outcomes and user delight.
• Mastery of UX, visual, and interaction design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience setting multi-year design vision and scaling design systems.
• Strong empathy to translate user needs into personalized solutions.
• Expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Expertise in using AI throughout the design process, including prototyping and handoff.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling to influence executives.

Responsabilités

• Define, champion, and evolve a multi-year design vision for operational and clinical experiences.
• Serve as principal design voice in strategic conversations across the org.
• Lead end-to-end design across platforms and touchpoints with high craft.
• Evolve the design system to a world-class language with brand consistency.
• Integrate service design to connect digital and physical member experiences.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering to align design with goals.
• Establish and track design KPIs tied to engagement and satisfaction.
