Qualifications

• Ten+ years of product design experience with strong craft and systems thinking.
• Track record shipping zero-to-one products, not just iterating on existing ones.
• Mastery of interaction, visual, and systems design across fintech/regulatory contexts.
• Autonomy in ambiguity with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, ambiguous Banking initiatives end to end, from early exploration through shipped product
• Drive zero-to-one product experiences that are strategically sharp and visually distinctive
• Set and hold the quality bar for Banking design, defining excellence in your work
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Research as a trusted peer
• Prototype early and often using AI and emerging tools to accelerate feedback
• Shape long‑term product vision and design strategy across Banking surfaces
• Contribute to and extend Cash App's design systems and patterns for cohesion
• Elevate the design craft of peers through critique and mentorship
