MTech Aerospace is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to guide the technical vision and direction of high-impact aerospace projects. You will lead groundbreaking R&D initiatives, shape industry standards, and mentor the next generation of engineering leaders to ensure top-tier quality and performance.

You will oversee all technical aspects of aerospace programs, align engineering strategies with business goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated history of leadership in aerospace design and manufacturing.
• Strong understanding and application of GD&T and aerospace engineering standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 20+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Expert in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks and model-based design practices.
• Demonstrated history of leadership in Aerospace design and manufacturing processes.
• Thorough understanding and experience interpreting and applying GD&T and aerospace engineering standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
