Capco’s Technology & Engineering practice seeks a Principal Consultant to lead complex data and technology transformation initiatives for financial services clients, from planning through implementation. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across data, technology, and transformation initiatives, preferably within financial services and/or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data and technology transformation programs from planning through implementation.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Establish governance and provide executive visibility across scope, milestones, and risks.
• Challenge delivery assumptions and translate technical considerations into business implications.
• Serve as trusted advisor, guiding workstreams and contributing to transformation roadmaps and proposals.
