Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI/ML professional to lead cross-disciplinary teams in building AI tools using structured and alternate data sources. You will design complex reasoning loops with LangGraph, LangChain, or AgentCore to drive goal-oriented agents.

You will develop robust evaluation datasets, scale AI initiatives across technology teams, and collaborate with full-stack engineers to deploy microservices with AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in data science or ML with NLP and Generative AI focus.
• Strong Python skills and cloud-native development experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Interest in LangGraph, LangChain, Copilot Studio or AgentCore with Strands.

Responsibilities

• Leading and collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and investment professionals to build AI-based tools using structured and alternate data sources.
• Designing and implementing complex reasoning loops using LangGraph, LangChain, or AgentCore to create goal-oriented agents.
• Developing evaluation frameworks and gold-standard datasets to measure generative outputs.
• Scaling AI initiatives across Invesco Technology teams with reusable patterns, prompts, and subagents.
• Integrating AI models into business workflows with rapid move from notebook to microservice.
