You will design end‑to‑end data pipelines on the Databricks platform, mentor a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers, and translate complex business needs into scalable AI programs with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics delivering production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• 6+ years developing production‑quality solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark with testing and software engineering best practices.
• 4+ years building scalable data pipelines and data lakes; 3+ years with Databricks or similar platform.
• 2+ years designing and deploying Generative AI solutions including LLMs and AI agents.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring data scientists and engineers, performing design reviews and translating business challenges into AI products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ML models and generative AI applications that improve IT operations and colleague productivity.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and datasets on Databricks for trusted enterprise assets.
• Architect self‑service analytics and conversational data experiences to support data‑driven decision making.
• Write production‑quality Python, SQL, and Spark code while enforcing best practices in MLOps, governance, and data quality.
• Lead the technical roadmap and architecture decisions for ML approaches and platform design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to prioritize opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Mentor a high‑performing team through coaching, technical reviews, and career development.
