Job summary

HITEC in Columbus, IN seeks a Principal- Data Management, Business Risk Intelligence to lead secure technology initiatives within Corporate IT. The role partners with stakeholders to align cybersecurity with business needs and guides system configurations for performance, security, and compliance.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive data strategy across BRI, enterprise risk, and analytics. This position is on-site in Columbus, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; CISSP or similar preferred.
• 5-7 years of cybersecurity work experience required; cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of secure technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive integration and optimization of cybersecurity configurations for enterprise systems.
• Advance cybersecurity posture via system engineering and research of innovative solutions.
• Design secure hardware, OS, and software architectures addressing cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee penetration testing and remediation actions to strengthen security.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, AOP, PO management, and financial oversight.
