Huntington Bank in Columbus, OH is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Architect to design secure architectures that protect data while enabling business execution. You will lead architecture work, guide the security program, and approve security controls on projects.

The role requires extensive experience in cybersecurity, information security, and large-scale technology delivery, with emphasis on PKI, IAM, EDR, and CISSP backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity architecture.
• 8+ years information security experience.
• 10+ years delivering technology solutions in large-scale complex organizations.
• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, antivirus and firewalls.
• Experience with newer security capabilities: EDR, threat intel, security automation, deception, application controls.
• 5+ years in architecture, governance, risk mgmt incl. PCI DSS, encryption, key management, and IAM.
• Experience with mobile and web app design, development, and management.
• Strong communication and leadership across technical and business teams.
• Cloud computing across SaaS, IaaS, PaaS in various environments.
• CISSP knowledge and financial services app architecture knowledge

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity architecture work tied to project delivery and security roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across the cybersecurity organization.
• Conduct research and development to enable future cybersecurity capabilities.
• Serve as a final approver of information security controls on projects.
