You will manage multiple client workstreams, collaborate with strategy, creative, and paid media teams, and mentor junior staff. The position offers a flexible hybrid plan and a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in social listening, digital intelligence, market research, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with social/digital listening platforms and translating data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client workstreams across analysis, monitoring, intelligence, and insights engagements.
• Serve as a reliable client contact, communicating clearly and guiding senior leadership with context and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data outputs into broader campaigns.
• Support pitches and new business presentations with research, insights, and data narratives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and help drive knowledge sharing.
