• Databricks, Lakehouse, and Data Platform Architecture: set direction for Databricks patterns and data modeling.
• Stakeholder Shaping and Cross-Functional Partnership: translate business needs into data requirements and delivery plans.
• Team Management and Principal-Level Technical Leadership: mentor engineers and lead design reviews and production readiness.
