Qualifications

• 7-10 years of data engineering experience.
• Cloud data solutions experience with modern cloud services.
• Experience leading/coaching data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of data warehouse and business analytics solutions to ensure scalable and reliable data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and architect data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Research and recommend technical approaches to address complex data migration, development, and integration challenges.
• Provide hands-on leadership in data implementation projects and manage independent workstreams to deliver project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to build relationships and align data engineering efforts with organizational goals.
• Mentor data engineers to develop their skills in data architecture and engineering practices.
• Assist team management in defining projects, including helping estimate, plan and scope work and other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
