Job summary

Designworks Talent LLC and a fast-growing AI infrastructure firm seek a Principal Operations & Maintenance Engineer in a hybrid Bellevue, WA setting. You will help build and scale the operations and maintenance function for a next-generation AI platform, collaborating with engineering, hardware, and network teams to drive reliability and performance.

You will monitor data center and GPU infrastructure, respond to incidents, and contribute to runbooks and on-call processes as the platform expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or infrastructure operations.
• Strong incident response and troubleshooting across hardware, network, and systems.
• Comfortable in early-stage environments with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center and GPU infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Lead or support incident response for production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust monitoring and tooling.
• Contribute to runbooks and on-call practices.
• Help scale the platform as it grows.
