ParetoHealth is seeking a Principal Data Architect to define and drive the enterprise data architecture strategy across ParetoHealth, delivering trusted, scalable data platforms and AI-ready data products for BI, analytics, and automation.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and security teams to translate complex healthcare data needs into robust models, governance controls, and cost-efficient data solutions, while leading and mentoring senior engineers.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture or related fields.
• Proven track record designing cloud data platforms and complex data integration.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

• Define enterprise data architecture and standards.
• Design scalable cloud data platforms for batch, streaming, and near-real-time data.
