Tiger Analytics is seeking a Principal Data Analytics professional in Los Angeles to lead the development of advanced analytical and machine learning solutions across Sales, Vendor Management, Cloud, eCommerce, Finance and Supply Chain.

The role blends hands-on modeling with deep analytical thinking and business partnership, delivering high-impact insights and scalable models in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of functional experience; 5+ years in data science/advanced analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with GCP (BigQuery; Vertex AI a plus).
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Looker, Qlik, PowerBI, Plotly Dash).
• Strong Python analytics/machine learning skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Drive solution discovery with stakeholders and shape technical roadmaps.
• Lead and deliver analytical workstreams with minimal guidance.
• Deliver insights for revenue growth, customer patterns, and operations.
• Build, optimize, and deploy predictive and ML models.
• Lead analytics workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
