Qualifications

• 8–14 years of professional experience in business/data analytics.
• Mandatory experience in Retail or CPG domain.
• Strong Ecommerce Merchandising Strategy, Supply Chain background with exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Shipping, and Inventory Management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong project and team leadership skills with experience delivering across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and machine learning with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven analytical frameworks.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore teams delivering supply chain analytics and data migration initiatives.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Apply advanced analytics techniques (ML, AI, Optimization, OR) to solve business problems.
• Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models in enterprise production environments.
• Build and deploy simulation, optimization, and scenario planning tools for decision support.
• Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and structure data using SQL and related tools.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are maintained.
