Job summary

Collaborating with Finance and Enterprise Systems, you will ensure data quality, run benchmarking studies, and translate analyses into concise narratives for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise business operations, data analytics, data science, strategic finance, or related quantitative field.
• Experience using data and external benchmarks to diagnose performance and develop recommendations.
• Advanced analytical proficiency with Excel and data querying, modeling, or visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python).
• Proficiency in using AI to drive automated reporting and dashboards.
• Experience communicating analyses to senior leaders concisely and visually.

Responsibilities

• Define data, analytics, and benchmarking roadmap for enterprise planning and transformation.
• Establish consistent metric definitions, data sources, and documentation for transparent baselines.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to collect and reconcile data.
• Conduct internal/external benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Build models, dashboards, and scorecards revealing trends and drivers.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives and visuals with clear actions.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses and deliver defensible recommendations under tight timelines.
