Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Principal-level Cybersecurity Engineer to support DTRA. You will lead security strategy, RMF and eMASS activities, and coordinate across dispersed teams to ensure inspections and compliance. You will architect and implement modern security platforms and cloud controls.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• IAM Level III Certification (CISSP, CISM or GSLC) required.
• Experience with RMF and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value of IT security to organizational stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on changes affecting cybersecurity posture and risk levels.
• Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews with dispersed teams.
• Prepare and maintain security plans, instructions, guidance, and SOPs.
• Communicate security issues to government leaders and Cybersecurity staff clearly.
