Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

• 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity and architecture experience.
• DoD 8140 certifications (CISSP/CCSP/CISM) required (at least one).
• Familiarity with DoDAF/TOGAF, NIST SP 800-53/800-171, RMF, and eMASS.

The Principal Cybersecurity Architect will define, govern, and sustain cybersecurity architecture for mission-ready systems operating in classified environments. This onsite role supports alignment with Department of War (DoW) standards and enterprise architecture requirements, and is contingent upon award.

USD 165,000 - 195,000 per year

Role Summary

In this position, you will ensure cybersecurity architecture meets DoW standards while also reflecting enterprise architecture guidance. The role requires an active clearance of TS/SCI and will be performed in classified environments. Employment is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture aligned to DoW standards.
• Define security requirements and ensure architecture-level integration across systems, platforms, and services.
• Maintain alignment with NIST publications, DoW and DISA cybersecurity directives, and enterprise architecture guidance.
• Advise technical leadership on architecture-level cyber risk, including tradeoffs and mitigation strategy recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity and architecture experience.
• Required DoD 8140 certifications for DCWF 652: CISSP OR CCSP OR CISM (at least one required).
• Demonstrated familiarity with required technologies/tools: DoDAF or TOGAF; NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-171; Risk Management Framework (RMF); and eMASS.
