Job summary

You will own the cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms and hardware root-of-trust architectures, guiding security strategy across business lines and the platform.

This role requires deep expertise in cryptography, secure architecture, and experience shipping security systems at hardware, firmware, and software intersections.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with deep systems security and cryptography.
• Expert-level knowledge of cryptographic protocol design and key management.
• Hardware security experience across TPM/TEE/HSM and secure boot.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril’s product ecosystem.
• Design cryptographic systems, protocols, and key management for autonomous platforms in contested environments.
• Lead hardware root-of-trust architectures integrating TPMs, TEEs, HSMs, and secure boot.
• Drive strategy to promote security implementations into shared platform services.
• Act as senior technical authority for security architecture reviews across the organization.
• Define security patterns and engineering standards for secure development.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the bar for security engineering.
• Represent security capabilities to customers, partners, and auditors.
• Evaluate emerging threats and cryptographic standards and drive adoption.
