Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UI design, interaction design, or systems design, focusing on B2B or B2C solutions.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI for research and data curation.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS impact on interactions.
• Strong design principles and accessibility guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic AI Projects and manage user experience.
• Architect Agentic Workflows facilitating user research with AI.
• Design for Users who are AI Agents, creating adaptable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to align design with outputs.
• Evolve the Design System with UX assets and standards.
