Job Summary

This individual is an emerging expert in strategy-related and/or transformation activities and a growing leader on the team without direct reports. They will support leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to drive growth, enhance the affordability of our products and services, and transform our operating model through technology.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree / MBA with 7 years of industry experience or 3 years consulting experience at a top-tier firm
• Knowledge of corporate strategy and transformation core skills; experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategic and transformative initiatives
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights, inform decisions, and prioritize opportunities
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues with oversight
• Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work across teams and with leadership
• Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and visual formats
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD
• Experience in healthcare, especially health insurance
• Experience with strategy, growth, product development, transformation, technology, or business case development
• Knowledge and experience supporting Medicare initiatives
