This role is suited for an emerging expert in strategy and transformation activities, with leadership potential but without direct reports. The individual will support leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation aimed at driving growth, enhancing product and service affordability, and transforming our operating model through technology.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Master’s Degree / MBA with 7 years of industry experience or 3 years consulting experience at a top-tier firm
• Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skills; experience in formulating, planning, and implementing strategic and transformative initiatives
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights, inform decision-making, and prioritize opportunities
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues with minimal oversight
• Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work across matrixed teams and with leadership
• Effective communication skills across verbal, written, and visual channels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD
• Healthcare industry experience, especially in health insurance
• Experience in corporate strategy, growth, product development, transformation, technology enablement, or business case development
• Knowledge of Medicare and experience supporting Medicare initiatives

This is a hybrid role.

Compensation: $110,000 - $198,600, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.
