Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess transactions and create deal strategies with stakeholders.
• Draft and/or redline contracts to protect Capital One from risk.
• Negotiate contracts within Capital One standards and objectives.
• Manage transactions proactively and drive completion on timelines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify material risks in each transaction.
• Collaborate with the ESM team and business units as needed.
• Provide strategic advice leveraging Capital One policies to minimize contractual risk.
