The successful candidate will mentor CTI scientists, drive methodological innovation, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for business impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in sensory science and data analysis.
• Experience as a statistical SME for sensory/consumer research.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects.
• Ability to translate data into strategy for product development.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration – Serve as a recognized technical expert on cross functional product development teams to influence strategy using advanced sensory, consumer and data analysis tools.
• Test Execution and Methodology – Independently lead, design and conduct complex research studies that result in actionable outcomes.
• Technical Recommendations - Provide technical recommendations based on statistics, data science, consumer psychology and behavioral science.
• Industry Knowledge – Scan the horizon for cutting edge sensory science methods and network with suppliers and experts.
