We're seeking an experienced Consulting Solutions Platform Engineer to help design and deliver complex enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, and hybrid solutions for our clients.

This is a highly client-facing consulting role that blends deep technical expertise with solution development and pre-sales. You'll partner with business and technical leaders to assess current environments, understand business needs, design future-state solutions, and help transition those solutions into delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions and technical workshops.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop solution architectures, roadmaps, scopes of work, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Partner with sales, delivery, security, architecture, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work, and executive presentations.
• Provide architecture expertise across networking, compute, virtualization, storage, cloud, security, IAM, and Infrastructure DevOps.
• Incorporate security, Zero Trust, automation, resiliency, and governance into solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership from initial solution development through transition to delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technology consulting, solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, cloud architecture, or professional services experience.
• Proven ability to lead client discovery and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, compute, virtualization, storage, and traditional data center infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS, including hybrid cloud architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with IAM, including Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, RBAC, PAM, federation, and identity lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, scripting, and Infrastructure DevOps practices.
• Ability to develop architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, proposals, SOWs, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting large enterprise clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity, IAM, or hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives.
• Azure, AWS, networking, security, VMware, Kubernetes, Terraform, or related certifications.
