Principal Consultant - Executive Search - Remote

Salary: Bases between $50-150k + up to 40% commission + equity options.

Location: 100% remote across the US and Canada, or hybrid option in two offices.

The Company:

This established retained Executive Search business has been thriving for 50+ years. They operate across multiple verticals, including but not limited to Corporate Development, Go-To-Market, Strategy, Engineering, and Agriculture. Completing over 250 searches annually, they consistently rank within the top 25 Executive Search practices in the US. Their average fee is approximately $85k per search.

Over the past decade, they have increased their annual revenue to over $25 million. Currently in growth mode, they are expanding their team with multiple hires this year and next. They currently employ around 100 people across 18 states.

They are interested in hiring individuals with expertise in their existing sectors or complementary industries such as Product and Technology.

The Role:

The company seeks exceptional, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and energetic candidates from the Executive Search field or experienced agency recruiters operating at senior levels.

They are open to candidates working in full-desk roles (preferred) or 180-degree candidate/research positions.

They welcome individual contributors and those interested in building teams or establishing physical offices in existing or aligned sectors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful recruitment agency or Executive Search experience in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated annual billings exceeding $400k gross profit in the past year.
  • Expertise in leading 180-degree retained searches at the C-Suite/Executive level or managing a full desk, encompassing new business development, client expansion, and research/resourcing efforts.
