What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage business development cycles for new projects and add-on engagements, driving an annual revenue amount of $2M+
- Establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships with Director and VP-level client personnel
- Oversee execution of delivery teams in leveraging data and analytics for solution recommendations and advisory for clients
- Serve as a key subject matter expert for methodologies and approaches to solutions
- Recruit and develop high-quality individuals to grow the Analytics consulting team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 7+ years in analytics consulting
- Background in pharmaceutical industry analytics programs, specifically in Segmentation & Targeting, Patient Analytics, Medical Analytics, Clinical Analytics, and Commercial Analytics
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ in annual program delivery
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sets and their application in decision-making and go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on ability with Python and SQL
- Experience in workshop facilitation, client presentations, and project management
