Director of Content Strategy
Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Content Strategy to lead our content vision and execution. This role will drive our brand storytelling initiatives and develop innovative content programs across multiple formats and channels. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in both content creation and strategic marketing, with a proven track record of developing work that delivers measurable business results while strengthening brand identity.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation of multi-format content including video, case studies, thought leadership, and digital assets

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives measurable results

  • Establish distinctive content franchises that elevate our brand positioning and engage target audiences

  • Direct remote creative teams and agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand vision and timely delivery of high-quality content

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure content initiatives support overall business strategy

  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI

  • Balance creative excellence with data-driven decision making to maximize content effectiveness


What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with emphasis on content strategy and brand storytelling

  • Proven success developing integrated content that drive measurable business results (pipeline contribution, conversion rates, brand awareness)

  • Strong background in video production, from concept development to final execution

  • Track record of managing remote creative teams and agencies

  • Experience with marketing analytics and using data to optimize content performance

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

  • Background in utilizing marketing technology and project management tools to improve team efficiency

  • Strategic thinker with highly developed aesthetic sensibility


The base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $240,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
