Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Life Sciences Industry Consultant to join our life science practice, providing domain expertise to enterprise engagements and translating AI and digital capabilities for regulated environments.

This client-facing advisory role supports business development with life sciences clients. You will advise on AI/ML delivery, engage executives as trusted advisors, and contribute to repeatable delivery frameworks while collaborating with cross-account teams.

Qualifications

Life Sciences Industry Consultant

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Life Sciences Industry Consultant to join our sales and delivery life science practice. This client-facing advisory role provides life sciences domain expertise to enterprise engagements, helping translate AI and digital delivery capabilities for regulated life sciences environments and supporting business development with life sciences clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise client engagements on AI and digital solutions for regulated (GxP) life sciences environments, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D functions.
• Translate technical delivery capabilities into business-relevant narratives and materials for client business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a point of view on where AI creates value in regulated environments, and where it does not.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client business leaders.
• Partner with account and delivery leadership to qualify and shape enterprise-scale opportunities.
• Advise delivery teams on regulatory and validation considerations - GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system assurance - during solution design.
• Support the development of repeatable, life sciences-specific delivery frameworks and accelerators.
• Contribute to practice-level assets, including points of view, case studies, and credentials.
• Support multiple client engagements as a cross-account resource.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device), in a digital, technology, quality, or manufacturing leadership role, or as a practice leader serving the industry.
• Demonstrated experience with GxP-regulated environments, including validation, change control, and computer system assurance.
• Experience engaging business executives (not limited to IT or procurement) as a trusted advisor.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML delivery approaches sufficient to communicate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large pharmaceutical or biotech enterprise clients.
• Background at a consultancy or systems integrator with an established life sciences practice.
• Familiarity with AI delivery or platform models for enterprise clients.
• Existing relationships within life sciences Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or R&D organizations.

Role Details

• Cross-account advisory role; not tied to a single client delivery team.
• Reports into practice / account leadership.
• Full-time or fractional / advisory arrangements considered.
• Some travel to client sites expected.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $200,000/Yr. - USD $220,000/Yr. This is an exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
