Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Configuration and Data Manager to support CDRLs, baselines, and assets/licenses for the C3I&N Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This full-time role focuses on CM, data management, and supporting audits to ensure baseline integrity.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in CM/DM within a DoD setting and a related bachelor’s degree. The position requires DoD processes knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years in configuration and data management in a DoD environment.
• Experience managing software/config baselines and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM/DM, QA, requirements analysis, risk management, and software engineering support per CM Plan and DoD processes.
• Manage CM of all program artifacts.
• Review contractor CM program and data deliveries for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CM files including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records.
• Convene and manage Configuration Control Boards and Technical Review Boards, and record approved changes.
• Track data item deliverables and responses.
• Prepare for major audits such as Physical and Functional Configuration Audits.
