Job summary

Oho Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive product certification and regulatory strategy for advanced medium-voltage power electronics. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape compliance across development cycles and work with leading labs and regulators.

You'll interpret UL, IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards, lead pre-compliance testing, and embed compliance in design reviews, mentoring engineering teams along the way. Competitive package with bonus and equity available.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• Extensive experience with product compliance for power electronics or medium-voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of UL, IEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.
• Experience leading certification programs with accredited test laboratories.
