Job summary

NetSage, a government contractor, seeks a Principal Cloud Software Engineer to design and deliver big-data cloud systems. You will work across full software lifecycle, implement Java applications, and integrate front-end, back-end, and data technologies in distributed environments.

TS/SCI clearance and deep cloud computing experience are required. You will contribute to Hadoop ecosystem, MapReduce analytics, and scalable cloud architectures, guiding teams to solve complex distributed problems in

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of experience; MS with 10 years; or no degree with 16 years of experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• Cloud software engineering on Big-Data systems; Hadoop ecosystem; Java applications.
• 2+ years cloud/IR and 1+ year Cloud Big Table interactions; 1+ year Cloud DFS; 1+ year MapReduce analytics.
• Experience with Maven, RESTful web services, Linux/RedHat/CentOS, and config tools such as Subversion, ClearQuest, Razor.
