Job summary

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure full lifecycle, regulatory alignment, and strong documentation standards while driving DevOps and automation initiatives across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 10+ Years managing large scale technology.
• Minimum experience: 8+ Years of technical expertise in one or more domain platforms.
• 1+ years of coaching/mentoring experience with technology professionals.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge related to Microsoft 365 environments including Entra, Defender and Purview.
• Strong knowledge related to Microsoft Azure and AWS core services.
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Purview data labeling and retention.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps toolchains.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, NIST or similar frameworks.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Systems, configurations, and system stability for backend compute environments (M365, Azure, AWS).
• Provide monitoring and resolution support for Purview, DLP, cloud security, and certificate management systems.
• Oversee certificate management and secret lifecycle across enterprise systems.
• Lead high-risk platform upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment across on‑prem and cloud.
• Deliver infrastructure as code and configuration management to standardize builds.
• Integrate automated testing, secrets management, and policy enforcement into pipelines.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting standards for reliability and incident response.
• Own compliance posture with FFIEC guidelines and audit requirements.
• Support disaster recovery planning and runbooks, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
