Job summary

AT&T seeks a Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of a modern, cloud-native BSS architecture. You will drive transformation across legacy systems, define roadmaps, and implement domain-driven, event-driven approaches with API management.

You will embed AI/ML capabilities to automate personalization and decision-making while collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams to align with strategic goals. 40-hour weeks at Plano, TX site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS or Engineering.
• 7+ years designing cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions including AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with BSS domains: customer management, product catalog, order management, billing.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of scalable BSS architecture.
• Define roadmap for BSS transformation including legacy migrations.
• Architect omnichannel customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Embed AI/ML including LLMs into BSS to drive automation and personalization.
• Mentor architects and ensure governance, security, and compliance.
