Job summary

You will partner with engineering on API standards, OpenAPI, and governance while guiding tool development (CLI, SDKs, IaC) and advancing AI-first workflows.

Responsibilities

• Craft multi-year vision and roadmap for Akamai Cloud developer tooling
• Modernize enterprise API paths, improving quality and performance
• Pioneer dev interfaces for AI agents and LLM workflows with Model Context Protocol
• Collaborate on API design guidelines, OpenAPI standards, schema governance, and API Gateway capabilities
• Oversee development of official developer tools including CLI, SDKs, and IaC providers
• Unify Developer Experience across platforms for consistency and efficiency
