The Principal Clinician Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for Physician, Physician Leadership, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and senior roles. This role involves working with Optum Leadership and People Team leaders on job scoping, pipeline strategy, and market alignment to support business and patient needs. The recruiter will develop strong relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
Our Principal Clinician Recruiters are Talent Advisors leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, consulting with Hiring Managers, candidate assessment, pipeline development, and managing offers and hires.
If you reside in Oregon (preferably Portland, Eugene, or Corvallis), you can work remotely and take on challenging roles.
The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, stock purchase, and 401k.
