Job summary

Everest Clinical Research Corporation seeks a Principal Clinical Data Manager for its Bridgewater, NJ on-site location or remote from a home-based office in the USA. You will lead data management activities, design specs, and QC processes across studies to ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.

You will train personnel on EDC systems, participate in project meetings, and manage timelines, data queries, and data flow while aligning with Sponsor requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience in clinical data management.
• In-depth understanding of clinical trial data management concepts, processes and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing data management activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Strong presentation skills and relationship-building with clients.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of data management processes and data flow with ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for data management timelines, deliverables, and scope changes.
• Write database design specifications and UAT test plans; provide oversight as needed.
• Review data, issue and resolve queries from multiple data sources.
• Lead data processing tasks and ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Validate electronically captured data and write clear data queries.
• Disseminate real-time study monitoring reports to sponsors and team.
• Develop and maintain standard database validation checks for modules.
• Train study personnel on EDC, data flow, and QC processes.
• Participate in kickoff meetings, investigators meetings, and PM team meetings.
• Manage project milestones, timelines, and timesheet reviews.
• Support QA audits and archival activities for data management documentation.
